This website is operated by IMPACTS360 LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16085654, with its registered office at Room 520, Regus Barking, Jhumat House, 160 London Road, Barking, Essex, IG11 8BB. You can reach us at office@impacts360.co.uk or 0333 339 3220.

We provide three things:

• Live events · club nights, festivals, boat parties, bus trips and comedy shows.
• Brand promotion and marketing services for business clients.
• Business consulting.

Sections 3 to 7 apply to event attendees. Section 8 applies to business clients.

Tickets for our events are sold by us, on this website. Your contract for the ticket is with IMPACTS360 LIMITED. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own secure page; we never see or hold your card details. Some of our events are also listed on other ticketing platforms, and a ticket bought there is subject to that platform’s terms as well as these.

• The price you pay is the total shown on the ticket page before you are sent to payment, including any booking fee and transaction fee, each listed separately. There is nothing added afterwards.
• Your ticket is emailed to you as a link and a QR code as soon as payment succeeds. Each code admits the number of people stated on it, once.
• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where section 5 applies or where the law gives you a right to a refund. Because an event is a leisure service on a specific date, the usual 14-day right to cancel an online purchase does not apply.
• Tickets are personal to you. Reselling above face value may invalidate them.
• A ticket is a revocable licence to attend, not a guarantee of entry if you breach section 4 or 6.
• If you charge back a payment for a ticket that was scanned in at the door, we will contest it and provide the entry record as evidence.

Our events are strictly 18+ unless the event listing says otherwise. Physical photo identification is mandatory, a passport, UK driving licence or PASS-accredited card. Photographs of ID, and digital or expired documents, are not accepted.

If you cannot produce acceptable ID you will be refused entry and no refund will be given. This is a licensing requirement at our venues and we cannot make exceptions.

• Line-ups, DJs, performers, timings and specific attractions are subject to change. A change of line-up is not on its own grounds for a refund.
• If we cancel an event outright, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value. For tickets bought on this website we refund to the card you paid with, and we contact ticket holders directly. For a ticket bought through another ticketing platform, that platform handles the refund and you should contact them.
• If we reschedule an event, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
• Booking and transaction fees are not refundable. They pay for processing the sale, which has already happened, and they are shown separately at checkout before you pay so you can see exactly what they are. This applies however a refund comes about, including where we cancel an event — in that case you receive the ticket face value back in full. Fees charged by another ticketing platform on its own sales are governed by that platform's terms.
• We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

We and our venues may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, behaving aggressively, carrying prohibited items, or breaching venue rules. No refund is given in those circumstances.

Venue conditions, searches, cloakroom rules, re-entry policy and last entry times, apply in addition to these terms and are set by each venue. Where an event listing states a last entry or boarding time, it is strict; boat parties in particular cannot wait.

We photograph and film our events for promotional use, and you may appear in that footage. By attending you accept this. If you would like an image of yourself removed from our channels, see section 4 of our Privacy Notice.

Where we provide marketing, brand promotion or consulting services, the specific scope, fees and timings are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms if they conflict.

• Fees and payment terms are as stated in the proposal. Late payment may attract statutory interest.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate information, materials and approvals in good time.
• We retain ownership of our own methodologies and pre-existing materials. Deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you on payment in full.

All content on this website, text, photography, video, logos and the Impacts360 name and brands, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable to a consumer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket or service. We are not responsible for the acts of independent venues, or for the platforms of other ticketing sites where an event is also listed.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you buy a ticket or use the app is the version that applies to you. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
